2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. We apologies about any delays caused.
  • Some products, especially those manufactured to order, require additional time to be produced. 
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on the product, shipping method, and destination.
  • Due to items being sourced from abroad Average delivery time: 15 days.
  • Some items may arrive as quickly as 9 days, while others such as body kit styling and similar items may require longer due to custom manufacturing and may take up to 30 days.
  • Please note: Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. customs or courier issues) are beyond our control.

For multiple-item orders, products may arrive in separate parcels.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the supplier, package weight, dimensions, and destination. Transparent costs are displayed at checkout.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select destinations.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • If your country is not selectable during checkout, we do not ship there.

6. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are provided once your package is shipped.
  • Customers can monitor their order's progress until delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost:

  • While we provide assistance, LxudCustomz is not liable for missing/damaged parcels. These issues must be addressed with the courier.

9. Refund/Returns Eligibility

Returns or refunds may be eligible if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the website description

Returns/Refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Change of mind
  • Items not in original condition or used

10. Customer Address Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
  • LxudCustomz is not liable for orders with incorrect addresses.
  • Refunds will not be issued for such cases, and the customer must repurchase the item.
